The ENERPAT ED Series Metal Chip Wringer is designed to remove cutting oil, coolant, and lubricants from metal chips through high-speed centrifugal separation. The system achieves an oil removal rate of up to 97%, producing clean, dry chips that are easier to transport, briquette, remelt, and recycle.
Suitable for machining workshops, metal recycling facilities, foundries, and manufacturing plants, the ED Series processes a wide range of metal chips including aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, titanium, magnesium, and cast iron.
