The Industrial Shredder PLC combines innovation with automation. The PLC automatically manages the speed change of the shafts according to the resistance encountered during shredding. When it recognises critical working situations such as an overload situation, it is able to take preventive measures to slow down or reverse the shaft rotation within seconds avoiding damage to the shaft or blades. The PLC also keeps track of performance variables (KPI´s) and monitors alarms and shutdowns caused by overloading.

The PLC is equipped with a responsive 10″ high-definition touch-screen which allows data to be uploaded and stored directly to own service portal.
