How It Works:
Loading & Pre-Compression: Scrap metal is loaded into the chamber, and the door is sealed for initial compression.
Side Compression: Side hydraulic cylinders drive compression plates to compact the metal into dense bales.
Bale Ejection & Metal Shear Action: The pushing cylinder ejects the compressed bale, while the heavy-duty metal shear blade (powered by shear cylinders) cleanly cuts the bale to desired lengths.
Cyclic Operation: The shear blade retracts, the pusher advances further, and the metal shear process repeats until all material is processed.
